Your Role on Our Team

You move the goods that keep the Southwest running. Your primary focus is the safe, timely transport of agricultural products, machinery, and specialized freight across Arizona and California.

What you do each day:

  • Operate Class A power units with flatbed or step-deck trailers.

  • Perform daily pre-trip inspections to keep your equipment in top shape.

  • Secure diverse loads, from fresh produce to heavy construction materials.

  • Communicate directly with our dispatch team to coordinate efficient routes.

  • Maintain accurate logs and follow all DOT safety standards.

 

 

What We Look For

We value experience and a solid work ethic. To join our fleet, you need:

  • A Valid Class A CDL.

  • 1-2 Years of verifiable driving experience (Agricultural or Flatbed experience is a plus).

  • A Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

  • The ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions.

  • A focus on safety and a professional attitude.
